Tale of the Dog

We believe in local and scratch-made food. Our beef and pork hot dogs are made by Zenner’s Sausage, just south of Portland. Our chicken dogs are made in-house, with 100% air-chilled chicken thighs. Our vegan dogs are also made in house. Why go to all this trouble? Because we don’t put something in our dogs that we wouldn't eat on its own. Our standard vegan and specialty New England-style buns are baked in house. All our sides and toppings are scratch made too (well, except for the ketchup, because even we can’t make one better than Heinz).
